High Court of Bombay

Born on 26.12.1972 at Paithan, Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Son of renowned lawyer Late Shri Bhagwanrao Kadethankar and Smt. Pratibha Kadethankar. Schooled at Paithan and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Stood 1st in order of Merit at B.S.L., LL.B., and D.L.L. in Dr. B.A.M. University. Completed Masters in Criminology.

Bagged "Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa Silver Jubilee Merit prize", "Late Chimanlal Setalwad Merit prize" and such other various prizes for securing merit in Law studies. Keen interest in music, travel and technology. Happens to be a well versed Flute artist.

Started practicing in 1995 initially in Revenue Offices and Trial Courts. Gradually developed practice in various Tribunals and High Court.

Represented the State Election Commission, Maharashtra, as its Standing Counsel, the High Powered Committee appointed by the Honourable Supreme Court during Covid-19 period, a number of Nationalized Banks and Insurance Companies, MahaIT, C.I.D.C.O., M.H.A.D.A., etc. Effectively appeared in the Supreme Court as Special Counsel in sensitive election matters. Rendered visiting faculty to Divisional Revenue Officers' Training Institute, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Represented Administrative Side of the Bombay High Court, and had the privilege to represent the Honorable the Chief Justice.
