  • Son of Mrs. Samdani & Ashraf Khan Pathan (Former Asst. Commissioner of Police).  Completed Primary Education at Mount Carmel Primary School, Nagpur. Middle School Education at St. Francis De Sales (S.F.S.) High School, Nagpur (Std. 5th to Std. 7th).  High school at Dnyan Mata High School, Amravati (Std. 8th to Std. 10th). Junior College Education was completed at Vidya Bharti Junior College, Amravati.
  • Obtained B.A. LL.B. (Five Years Course) Degree from Government Law College, Nagpur. Additionally, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from Nagpur University.
  • Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa on 10th June, 1997. Commenced legal practice at the High Court of Bombay, Bench at Nagpur, in the chambers of Advocate B.R. Gavai (as he then was), and worked as a junior colleague until his elevation.
  • Practiced at the High Court Nagpur Bench, dealing with matters on the civil, constitutional, and criminal side. Served as Standing Counsel for several public bodies, including Amravati Municipal Corporation, Akola Municipal Corporation, Amravati University, Nagpur Improvement Trust, and MMRDA, Nagpur.
  • Appointed as Assistant Government Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor on 14/03/2011 at the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court and handled various important Public Interest Litigations and significant constitutional and criminal matters, representing the State Government in multiple cases.
  • A keen sports enthusiast, represented Govt. Law College, Nagpur in Handball, Football, and Badminton in Inter University Tournaments. Was elected as Executive Member of High Court Bar Association, Nagpur (2003-2006).
  • Appointed as Addl. Judge of Bombay High Court on 02/09/2025.
